Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GGAnalytics (the “Service”), operated by Marchant Technologies LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use free features of the Service, or the minimum age required in your country if higher. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a paid subscription. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and can form a binding contract where required. You must comply with all applicable laws and YouTube's policies when using the Service.

Many features require sign-in with Google through our authentication provider (Supabase). Channel analytics features require you to grant OAuth permissions for YouTube read-only access, YouTube Analytics read-only access, and (for revenue-related tools) YouTube monetary analytics read-only access.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your Google credentials. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

GGAnalytics provides creator analytics tools including Subscriber Optimization (SPM), Series Optimizer, Series Valuator, Keyword Lab, Content Planner, free calculators, and related productivity features. Metrics, estimates, and recommendations are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific growth, revenue, sponsorship pricing, or YouTube performance outcomes.

GGAnalytics also provides automation tools (including our Chrome extension) to streamline your channel management. You are solely responsible for the links, text, comments, and other content you publish or distribute through or with the help of the Service, and for ensuring that your use complies with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines (including rules regarding spam and deceptive practices), and all applicable laws. We do not control YouTube's enforcement decisions and are not responsible for how YouTube treats your channel or content.

The Service uses YouTube API Services. Your use of those features is also subject to Google's and YouTube's developer and API policies. See our Privacy Policy (including the Google Privacy Policy) for how we handle API data.

Certain features require a paid subscription (“Creator Pro”). Prices are shown on our pricing page before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods after notice.

If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the account is brought current.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
• Use automation features to distribute spam, misleading links, repetitive comments, or other content that violates YouTube policies.
• Attempt to circumvent YouTube restrictions, quotas, or technical access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in ways not intended by its interfaces.
• Upload malware, interfere with other users, or probe our systems without authorization.
• Misrepresent affiliation with GGAnalytics, Marchant Technologies LLC, Google, or YouTube.
• Use the Service to surveil or harvest data about third parties without proper rights and consent.

You retain rights to content you create in the Service (for example, planner notes and CTA annotations). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

YouTube video, channel, and analytics data remain subject to YouTube's terms and your rights as a creator. We process that data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Marchant Technologies LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks except as necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANALYTICS DATA WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARCHANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, MARCHANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY YOUTUBE, GOOGLE, OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM AGAINST YOUR CHANNEL OR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, DEMONETIZATION, COMMUNITY GUIDELINES STRIKES, REMOVAL OF CONTENT, LOSS OF SUBSCRIBERS OR VIEWS, OR ANY OTHER PENALTY OR ADVERSE OUTCOME. YOU USE ANALYTICS AND AUTOMATION FEATURES AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CHANNEL, CONTENT, AND COMPLIANCE WITH PLATFORM RULES.

You may stop using the Service at any time, cancel your subscription through the billing portal, and revoke Google / YouTube access through your Google account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, or where required by law or platform policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Marchant Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may modify these Terms or the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to changes, stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.
