Data Deletion Instructions

GGAnalytics is operated by Marchant Technologies LLC. If you connected GGAnalytics to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, or created workspace data in our app, you can delete your data using the options below.

The fastest way to remove your account and associated data is in the app:

• Sign in at gganalytics.net.
• Open Settings from the dashboard menu.
• Select Account Details.
• Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

Signed-in users can go directly to Settings → Account Details.

This permanently deletes your GGAnalytics account. This action cannot be undone.

• Your GGAnalytics user profile and authentication record.
• Linked YouTube channel connection, encrypted OAuth tokens, and cached analytics snapshots tied to your account.
• Workspace data (Content Planner, CTA notes, and related productivity data).
• Connected TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook OAuth tokens and account identifiers stored for publishing.
• Short publish job history, captions, and scheduled post metadata.
• Temporary video files you uploaded for multi-platform publishing (stored in Cloudflare R2).
• Active Creator Pro subscriptions are canceled immediately through Stripe when applicable.

We may retain limited billing and transaction records where required by law (for example, tax or payment dispute records processed by Stripe). Those records are not used for marketing and are kept only as long as legally required.

If you only want to stop GGAnalytics from accessing a specific platform, revoke access in that platform's settings. This removes our ability to call that platform's APIs on your behalf but does not delete your GGAnalytics account or other stored data.

• Google / YouTube — revoke GGAnalytics in your Google Account security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
• TikTok — remove GGAnalytics in TikTok account settings → Security → Apps and websites.
• Instagram / Facebook — remove GGAnalytics in Meta Account Center → Security and login → Apps and websites, or disconnect the app from your Facebook Page settings.

After revoking access, you can also disconnect platforms from the Short publisher in your dashboard, which deletes stored OAuth tokens for that platform in our database.

If you cannot sign in or prefer to request deletion by email, contact us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account (or explain how we can verify your identity). Include “Data deletion request” in the subject line.

We will verify the request and delete applicable data within seven (7) days of confirmation, except where retention is required by law.

If you connected Instagram or Facebook through GGAnalytics, deleting your GGAnalytics account (Option 1) removes OAuth tokens and publishing data we store for those connections. You may also remove the app from your Meta account at any time:

• Instagram: When you connect Instagram, we store OAuth tokens to publish Reels you upload and schedule through the Service.
• Facebook: When you connect a Facebook Page, we store OAuth tokens to publish Reels to that Page on your behalf.

Removing GGAnalytics from Meta stops future API access. To delete data already stored in GGAnalytics, use Option 1 or Option 3 above.

• Self-service account deletion (Option 1) takes effect immediately when the request succeeds.
• Email deletion requests (Option 3) are completed within seven (7) days after we verify your identity.
• Revoking platform access (Option 2) stops new data collection immediately; previously stored data remains until you delete your account or request deletion by email.
